Who it's for

Right buyer. You want a linear fireplace that reads as a room feature, with a wide media bed of logs and glass under the flame and a size up to 100 inches. Xtra Tall gives more flame height; Bespoke adds Bluetooth and a deeper firebox; Lumina adds the glowing log media.

Wrong buyer. You want a three-sided fire; the Tru-View. You want the fireplace flush in a 2x4 wall at the lowest price; the Symmetry Xtra Slim or a wall mount.

Heat and power

120 V, 12.5 A, 1,500 W (750 low), 22 W heater off; 5,118 BTU; about 400 sq ft. The flames run without heat; the heater is fan-forced from the top of the unit, so nothing shows in front of the glass.

Installation

Fully recessed, or semi-flush in a 2x4 wall with the sym-xs surround (2 in. proud); indoor, outdoor per the manual.

Before you order
  • Plug-in models need an outlet on a circuit of their own; no extension cords. 240-volt models need an electrician.
  • Built-ins: frame the opening from the specification sheet and confirm with us before you cut.
  • Outdoors only where the sheet says indoor-outdoor, and only under cover.
  • Special-order goods ship by freight.

How it performs

The Symmetry puts the media bed at the front so the logs or glass read from across the room, under a flame you can switch between Amantii's diffused look and a more realistic pattern. The XT stands 18 inches tall; the Bespoke adds a touch pad, Bluetooth sound and a deeper tray; the Lumina adds glowing logs. The 74, 88 and 100 XT carry two heaters and can be wired for 240 volts, which doubles the heat.

Trade-offs to know

  • XT models must be fully recessed; only the Bespoke and B can sit semi-flush in a 2x4 wall, and that needs the SYM-XS surround.
  • An LED flame, decorative up close.
  • The surround is in the box on most models, so the finish is the surround's black or the optional dark grey and bronze.

Living with it

Media brushed once a season, glass wiped, vent kept clear. The touch pad on the Bespoke and XT shows room temperature; the remote does the rest.

Questions people ask
Does it need a dedicated circuit?

Yes. The heater draws around 1,500 watts on 120 volts, most of a 15-amp circuit, so give the fireplace an outlet of its own and never an extension cord. Models with a 240-volt option are hardwired by an electrician.

How much does it heat?

The heater is supplemental: it warms the room you sit in, about 400 square feet on 120 volts, not the house. The flames run without heat on a few watts.

Can it go outdoors?

Only the models Amantii rates indoor-outdoor, and only under cover, protected from rain and direct sun; check the specification sheet linked below for your size.

Can I change the media later?

Yes. The log sets, glass and media kits are separate parts and drop into the media bed; the ones sold on this page are matched to the size.

What does the app do?

On WiFi models the Amantii app controls power, flame color, brightness and speed, the heater and timers from your phone; the remote in the box does the same from the sofa.

Can I return it?

Electric fireplaces are large, glass-fronted and shipped by freight. Confirm the size and the opening with us before you order, and contact us before returning anything.

Is it hard to install?

Wall mounts and freestanding units are a plug-in job. Built-ins need a framed opening from the specification sheet and an outlet or a circuit inside it; an insert needs the old fireplace retired and an outlet in the firebox.

What is the warranty?

Amantii's limited warranty is printed with the fireplace; we will confirm the term for your model before your order ships.
