Return & Refund Policy
Important Legal Notice: All returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, shortages, defects, and damage-related claims are governed by this policy. By placing an order with Kaminos, the customer agrees that certain products may be non-returnable, non-cancelable, final sale, subject to manufacturer or supplier restrictions, or subject to deductions for freight, handling, and restocking.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be requested and approved in advance by Kaminos. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused, rejected, or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Return Eligibility
Only eligible items may be returned. To qualify for return, an item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, free from damage, and returned in its original packaging with all original components, manuals, tags, labels, accessories, and protective materials.
Return Request Deadline
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery unless a different period is required by law or stated in writing by Kaminos for a specific product.
Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless otherwise required by law: custom products, made-to-order products, special-order products, final sale items, clearance items, discontinued items, installed items, used items, modified items, opened consumables, damaged items caused after delivery, and any item that cannot be resold as new.
Manufacturer and Supplier Restrictions
Certain products are subject to manufacturer or supplier return restrictions, return approval requirements, packaging requirements, inspection requirements, or other conditions. Kaminos reserves the right to apply such manufacturer or supplier conditions to any return request where applicable.
Restocking Fees and Deductions
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees, return processing fees, supplier deductions, original outbound freight deductions, credit-card processing deductions where permitted by law, and any other reasonable costs incurred by Kaminos in connection with the return.
Return Shipping and Freight Costs
Unless the return is due solely to a verified shipping error by Kaminos or an approved damage claim, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related freight, pickup, handling, storage, accessorial, palletizing, or redelivery charges.
Condition Upon Return
Returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the returned item is missing packaging, damaged, used, installed, altered, incomplete, or otherwise not in resalable condition, Kaminos may deny the return, reduce the refund, or return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Refund Processing
If a return is approved, any refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing. Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law or caused solely by Kaminos.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify Kaminos promptly and provide sufficient supporting information, which may include photographs of the product, packaging, pallet, labels, and visible damage. Freight damage should be noted at delivery whenever possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed, released to the supplier, entered into production, custom-configured, or shipped. Custom, made-to-order, and special-order products generally cannot be canceled once production, allocation, or fulfillment has begun.
Refused Orders
If the customer refuses an order after shipment, Kaminos may treat the order as a return subject to return eligibility, return freight, storage fees, rerouting charges, handling costs, and any applicable restocking fee.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Kaminos before initiating a payment dispute so that order, shipping, damage, and return issues can be reviewed. Kaminos reserves all rights to contest chargebacks or payment reversals where appropriate.
