Shipping Policy

Important Legal Notice: All ship dates, lead times, availability statements, transit estimates, and delivery windows are estimates only unless Kaminos expressly confirms otherwise in writing. Shipment and delivery timing may vary based on supplier performance, carrier performance, order review, destination, and product type.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received, subject to payment verification, fraud review, inventory confirmation, and supplier acceptance where applicable.

Shipping Methods

Orders may ship by parcel carrier, less-than-truckload freight, full freight, white-glove carrier, or direct shipment from the manufacturer or supplier, depending on product type and destination.

Estimated Shipping Times

Any shipping or delivery timeline displayed on the website or communicated by Kaminos is an estimate only unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Kaminos does not guarantee shipment, transit, or delivery by any specific date.

Delay Notices and Order Updates

If Kaminos determines that an order cannot ship within the time stated at the time of purchase, or if no specific time was stated and shipment cannot occur within the time required by applicable law, Kaminos may provide a delay notice and, where required by law, offer the customer the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of the order for a prompt refund.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, Kaminos will send shipment or tracking updates by email. Some shipments may not show movement immediately, and some special-order or manufacturer-direct shipments may have limited tracking visibility.

Split Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages or from multiple locations. Kaminos is not required to consolidate items into a single shipment unless expressly agreed in writing.

Free Shipping and Shipping Charges

Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping under current Kaminos promotional terms. Certain items may be excluded from free shipping due to size, weight, freight requirements, special handling, supplier restrictions, destination limitations, or risk considerations. Additional shipping, liftgate, appointment, rerouting, residential, remote-area, storage, redelivery, or accessorial charges may apply where applicable.

Freight Deliveries

Large, heavy, or oversized items may ship by freight carrier. Freight delivery is generally curbside only unless otherwise stated in writing. The customer is responsible for being available to receive the shipment, ensuring safe delivery access, and inspecting the shipment at the time of delivery.

Inspection at Delivery

Upon delivery, the customer should inspect the shipment for visible damage, shortages, or delivery exceptions before signing the receipt whenever possible. If visible damage or shortages are present, the customer should note them on the delivery receipt and notify Kaminos promptly.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping, contact, and delivery information. Kaminos is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, losses, storage fees, rerouting charges, return freight, or other charges caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refused, Missed, or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, missed, undeliverable, or returned due to customer action or inaction, the customer may be responsible for return freight, storage fees, redelivery charges, handling costs, and any applicable restocking fee.

Delays Outside Our Control

Kaminos is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, weather, labor disruptions, customs events, inventory shortages, natural disasters, governmental actions, route interruptions, or other events outside its reasonable control.

Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, the customer must notify Kaminos promptly and retain the product, packaging, pallet, labels, and all related materials pending claim review. Failure to preserve packaging or document damage may affect the ability to process a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

Kaminos reserves the right to limit, decline, postpone, or cancel shipments to certain products, destinations, addresses, or order types based on carrier limitations, supplier restrictions, legal requirements, fraud concerns, or other risk considerations.
