    The Regency Ultimate U31 is a medium B-vent flush gas insert: 30,000 BTU turn down to 27,500 BTU (NG), 58.45% NG efficiency, direct spark ignition.

    Standard unit includes: body with flush ceramic glass, burner with steel grate, log set, platinum bright embers, variable speed thermostatically controlled blower, SIT valve with flame adjustment control, remote with on/off functionality, and the required mesh safety screen.
