Who it's for
Right buyer. You want a small cast-iron wood stove for a cabin or a room.
Wrong buyer. You want electric; everything else on this page's brand is electric.
How it performs
The Lynwood W76 is the one wood stove in the line: a cast-iron stove for a cabin or a small room, burning seasoned wood on a hearth pad under a listed chimney.
Good to know
- A wood stove needs a chimney, a permit and a hearth pad; nothing else on this brand does.
Specifications
Dimensions
Amantii publishes the framing opening, the finished opening and the clearances on the specification sheet for each size; those tables are being added to this page from the sheets. Until then: measure the width, height and depth of the wall cavity or the fireplace opening you have, and send them to us with the size you want; we check every Amantii order against the sheet before it ships.

Clearances
A wood stove's clearances to combustible walls, the hearth pad size and the pipe clearances are printed on the rating plate and in the manual linked below, and they depend on single- or double-wall pipe and any heat shield; the installer confirms them on site. 36 inches in front of the glass is the rule for anything that can burn.

Installation
Freestanding wood stove on a hearth pad with a listed chimney.
Planning the install
- Check with your building department and insurer: wood stoves need a permit in most places and an inspection after installation.
- The chimney is the other half of the system; it is sold separately and quoted from your installer's plan.
- Clearances and the hearth pad come from the manual and the rating plate; send us your plan and we will check it.
- Burn seasoned wood below 20 percent moisture.
- Special-order goods ship by freight.
Questions
What wood should I burn?
Seasoned hardwood, split and dried a year or more, below 20 percent moisture. Wet wood smokes, coats the chimney with creosote and makes a poor fire.
What chimney does it need?
A listed factory-built chimney or a lined masonry chimney in good repair, sized to the flue collar in the manual; the pipe and chimney are quoted from your installer's plan.
Does it need a hearth pad?
Yes. A non-combustible pad under the stove, extending in front and to the sides as the manual shows.
How often does the chimney need sweeping?
Once a year at least, and after every cord or two if you burn nightly.
Can I install it myself?
Many owners place the stove and run the pipe with the manual in hand; the chimney, the permit and the inspection are where an installer earns the fee. Insurance usually requires the inspection.
Is it approved for a mobile home?
Only if the manual says so, with an outside-air kit; check before you order.
