Amantii TRU View XL Deep Smart Electric Fireplace is a three-sided electric fireplace seen from the front and both ends. Who it's for

Right buyer. You are building a peninsula, an island or the end of a wall and want the fire seen from three sides. Deep gives the biggest firebox, XT XL the tallest flame, Slim fits a 10-5/8-inch cavity, Bespoke and Lumina add Bluetooth and glowing media.

Wrong buyer. You have a plain wall and the fire will be seen from the front only; a Panorama or Symmetry gives more width for the money.

Heat and power

120 V, 1,500 W, 4,800 BTU; about 400 sq ft; hard-wire ready. The flames run without heat; the heater is fan-forced from the top of the unit, so nothing shows in front of the glass.

Built in with three, two or one glass side showing, 14-1/4 in. deep, finished flush to the lip, no trim; indoor and outdoor.

What arrives
  • The fireplace with its glass, plus 15-piece log set, black fire glass, pebbles, stones, vermiculite chips and embers, ICE media kit, remote.
  • Media kits, trims, liners and covers ship as their own cartons when you add them.

Before you order
  • Plug-in models need an outlet on a circuit of their own; no extension cords. 240-volt models need an electrician.
  • Built-ins: frame the opening from the specification sheet and confirm with us before you cut.
  • Outdoors only where the sheet says indoor-outdoor, and only under cover.

How it performs

The Tru-View is the three-sided fire: glass on the front and both ends, so it sits in a peninsula or the end of a wall and shows the flame from three rooms. Slim fits a 2x4 wall, XL Deep gives the deepest bed, XT XL a 22-inch flame, Bespoke adds sound and two heaters with a 240-volt option. Any end can be closed at install, so one unit serves a corner or a flat wall too.

Trade-offs to know

  • Three glass sides means three finished edges; the framing has to be right on both ends.
  • Heavy: the larger XT XL is over 200 pounds shipped.
  • An LED flame, decorative up close.

Living with it

Glass on three sides to wipe. Media brushed once a season. The XT XL and Bespoke run the app, timers and thermostat; the older Slim and XL use the remote.

Questions people ask
Does it need a dedicated circuit?

Yes. The heater draws around 1,500 watts on 120 volts, most of a 15-amp circuit, so give the fireplace an outlet of its own and never an extension cord. Models with a 240-volt option are hardwired by an electrician.

How much does it heat?

The heater is supplemental: it warms the room you sit in, about 400 square feet on 120 volts, not the house. The flames run without heat on a few watts.

Can it go outdoors?

Only the models Amantii rates indoor-outdoor, and only under cover, protected from rain and direct sun; check the specification sheet linked below for your size.

Can I change the media later?

Yes. The log sets, glass and media kits are separate parts and drop into the media bed; the ones sold on this page are matched to the size.

What does the app do?

On WiFi models the Amantii app controls power, flame color, brightness and speed, the heater and timers from your phone; the remote in the box does the same from the sofa.

Can I return it?

Electric fireplaces are large, glass-fronted and shipped by freight. Confirm the size and the opening with us before you order, and contact us before returning anything.

Is it hard to install?

Wall mounts and freestanding units are a plug-in job. Built-ins need a framed opening from the specification sheet and an outlet or a circuit inside it; an insert needs the old fireplace retired and an outlet in the firebox.

What is the warranty?

Amantii's limited warranty is printed with the fireplace; we will confirm the term for your model before your order ships.
