Description
The Lifetime Stainless Steel Chimney Liner Kit relines a masonry chimney with a flexible 316L stainless steel liner; it is Lifetime's economical liner, strong and flexible. Choose the diameter, the length, and the connection: a tee kit for a stove venting through the wall, or a connector kit for an insert or a stove venting straight up. Made in the USA, listed to UL 1777, and covered by Lifetime's warranty.
Who it's for
You have a masonry chimney and a wood stove, insert, or gas or oil appliance that needs a sealed, correctly sized flue inside it. The tee kit is for an appliance that enters the chimney through a thimble in the wall; the connector kit is for an insert in a fireplace or a stove that vents straight up into the chimney.
Specifications
Dimensions
The liner must be the diameter the appliance maker specifies and must fit inside the existing flue. Measure the flue at its narrowest point and the chimney from the connection to the top, then round up to the next length sold.

Questions
Tee kit or connector kit?
Tee kit when the appliance enters the chimney sideways through a wall thimble; the tee turns the corner and its cap opens for cleaning. Connector kit when an insert sits in the fireplace or a stove vents straight up.
What diameter do I need?
The one on the appliance's rating plate or in its manual; never size down. The liner also has to pass through the existing flue, so measure the flue's narrowest point.
What length do I need?
From where the liner connects to the appliance to the top of the chimney, rounded up to the next length sold. Extra length is cut off at the top.
Can it be used with a wood stove?
Yes. The liner is UL listed for wood stove applications and for gas and oil appliances.
Does it need insulation?
Lifetime tests the liner to the UL 1777 zero-clearance standard; whether your chimney needs an insulated liner depends on its condition and your local code, which the installer confirms.
What is the warranty?
Lifetime's warranty covers the liner and the kit components; register it after installation.
