Choose between a Battery Receiver for installations without a nearby outlet or a Plug-In Receiver for setups with available household power near the fireplace. Both options are designed for standard millivolt gas valves and offer a straightforward way to turn your fireplace on or off from your seat. The 1001-A uses a receiver powered by 4 AA batteries, while the 1420-A uses a 110V AC plug-in receiver.
